The name on the shop is AsuGear. The legal company is Sovereign Nomad Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Ste 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming, 82801, United States. Write to hello@asugear.com.
Orders
At checkout you ask to buy the items in your cart. We place the order after Stripe confirms the payment. Until then, an item can sell out.
Prices and currency
Prices on the site are shown in the currency you select: US dollars, euros, or British pounds. Each price is the guaraní amount, converted with that day's Banco Central del Paraguay rate and rounded to a whole unit. The order is charged in guaraníes (PYG), the shop's checkout currency. You pay the price of the items plus delivery when a delivery price is shown.
Payment
You pay by card on Stripe's checkout page. This shop does not ask for your card number. Pictures of card brands in the footer are not extra ways to pay.
Delivery
Where we deliver, the cut-off, same-day delivery, later days, and sold-out timing are the rules on the delivery page.
Returns and warranty
The warranty that applies is the warranty of the shop the product comes from. This template does not set a number of days for a return. To ask about a return or a warranty, write to hello@asugear.com.
Cancellations
To ask for a cancellation, write to hello@asugear.com. Whether we can still cancel depends on whether the order has already left for delivery. This template does not set a fee.
Liability
Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order, except where the law of Paraguay does not allow that limit. This template does not name a statute.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Paraguay. This template does not name a court.
