What we collect

If you create an account, we store your email and the name you save. An order stores the email, the delivery name, the street and number, a reference if you add one, the city, a postal code if you add one, and a phone number so the person delivering the order can call. This shop does not ask for your card number. You pay on Stripe's page, and we keep the payment result Stripe sends back.

Cookies and analytics

We store a language cookie for 365 days, a currency cookie for 365 days, a one-day cache cookie, and Meta click and browser ids for 90 days. In production we load the Meta pixel, send the same events to Meta from the server, and load Microsoft Clarity for recordings and heatmaps. Those tools stay off outside production.

Why we use it

We use this to run your account, fulfill the order, deliver it, take payment through Stripe, and see how the shop is used.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD]. That period is not set in the shop yet.

Who receives it

Stripe receives what it needs to take the payment. The person who delivers the order receives the address and phone. The shop in Asunción that the product comes from receives what it needs for the warranty. Meta and Microsoft receive the analytics above when those tools are on.

Your rights

If you are in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy of your data, and to object to certain uses.
